  • Custom Designed Kits Lead Time

    Our custom designed kits require a standard lead time of 2 weeks. This timeline is influenced by how quickly the customer provides feedback and submits the necessary assets. After the design phase is complete, please allow an additional 2 to 7 days for printing and shipping. We recommend staying engaged throughout the process to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your custom graphics. Additional contact is needed for scheduling of installs.

  • Each design final render is sent to the client for approval. Once accepted, the design is considered final and becomes the consumer’s full responsibility. This includes all aspects of color, design work, and coverage. Our warranty strictly covers installation failures only and does not apply to damage caused by crashes or accidents involving your vehicle. Additionally, the warranty is void if our certified installers determine that the machine could not be properly prepared for installation due to contaminants such as SC1 or similar detail products. Ensure your machine is clean and free from such substances before installation to maintain warranty coverage.
